Medway Middle School

We want to inform families that Medway Public Schools offers an optional Chromebook insurance policy to support students better, improve our repair process, and ensure funds directly benefit our schools. Families can opt in to the insurance program for $29 per year. Policies will cover all accidental damages. This policy will not cover cosmetic damage, wear & tear, power supplies, unexplained loss, or intentional damage. Families who choose not to purchase insurance will be responsible for the full cost of parts for any repairs. They will be invoiced if a repair is needed, and can buy insurance for future claims. Children need healthy meals to learn, and we are proud to share that Medway Public Schools continues to offer nutritious breakfast and lunch to all students at no cost. This program is made possible through funding from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and it has now been made permanent for all students.

Even though meals are free, we need your help to keep this program strong. By completing the Meal Benefit Application, you can:
Support our ability to sustain free meals by increasing access to Federal funding.
Drive additional funding for critical educational programs in our schools.
Help provide free summer and childcare meals in our community.

Please complete this form if you believe your family may qualify. Families who apply or are directly certified will receive a free or reduced status confirmation from us.
Sharing Information with Other Programs Form - Completing this form allows us, with your permission, to share your eligibility status with other Medway programs that may reduce or waive fees, including but not limited to transportation, athletics, integrated preschool, test fees, field trip fees, and Community Education programs. Submitting this form will not affect your child’s free or reduced meal status, but it may help lower costs for your family in other areas.

Medway’s Health Department has partnered with Milford Central Pharmacy to sponsor two Flu/COVID clinics this fall. The first clinic will be held at the @medwaycouncilonaging, 76 Oakland St., on September 15, 2025, from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm. The second flu/COVID clinic will be held at the Burke/Memorial Elementary School, 9 Cassidy Lane, on October 6, 2025, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Medway Middle School Curriculum Night is Thursday, September 11, 2025, at 6 pm.

This evening is designed as an adult-only program, allowing families to meet their child’s teachers and learn about their child’s curricular program. Additional details, including a schedule for the evening, can be found here: https://bit.ly/4pqCIU3.

We expect parking will be challenging this evening and encourage families to travel in one vehicle or carpool with other families, if possible. When parking, we also ask that you refrain from blocking entrances/exits and be mindful of blocking other drivers from their parking spaces. We appreciate your cooperation.
